I’m a (freelance) health, culture
& lifestyle journalist, content
strategist + media advisor — dual
based in London & just by the
seaside. Health inequality,
microbial health, sexual &
reproductive health & rights
(SRHR) are my focus areas (plus
work-life & any random fixation).
I create new verticals, features, live +
shoppable content, and UX strategies for
start-up brands, publications, festivals
& non-profits. These include Seed Health,
